• Remote Support - $10/mo
  • This is by far my most popular service.  It involves installing remote support software on your computer so I can view, diagnose, and possibly fix a problem by remote (as long as your computer has a working internet connection).  It's like having a technician at your doorstep 24 hours a day!

• Computer Tune-Up - $50
  • This is my second most popular service.  It involves scanning for and eliminating any viruses/spyware/malware on your computer, installing the latest operating system and application updates for your computer, and removing unnecessary programs from your startup that will slow down your computer.
• On-Site Networking - $50
  • Want to share files, printers, or an internet connection?  This service gets a home network set up for you.  Wireless networks included.  Since this is naturally an on-site service, the regular fee for on-site services does not apply (detailed at the bottom of the page).
• Computer Repair - $10 diagnostic fee (+ parts and labor if necessary)
  • I can repair just about any type of hardware problem with a computer that you may encounter.
• Data Recovery - $100 (if successful)
  • I can recover data from a hard drive crash, or data that you deleted accidentally.  There are no guarantees, so the fee is waived unless I find your data.
• Computer Upgrade - $40 data backup/transfer fee + parts and labor
  • Want to upgrade to the latest (or a better) model?  No problem, bring your old computer to us, tell us what you want your new computer to do, and we'll tailor it just for you!  On top of that, we'll even transfer your data from the old one to the new one!
• Data Back-Up - $25 per appointment (or $10/mo)
  • If you would like your data backed up in case of hard drive failure or other catastrophe, you can pay me a visit and I will back up all the data you want to save.  OR... you can pay $10/mo for an FTP login to my server and back the data up yourself.  All in-person backups are kept on record one month from the date of your visit, and then they are deleted.  The only reason I implement this policy is because I have limited storage capacity.  All server-side backups are managed solely by you, and will not be deleted until you cancel your subscription.
• Computer Reformat - $150
  • This is a last resort option.  If there is such software damage to your computer that it cannot be restored to normal functionality, it must be reformatted.  This assumes that you have already tried the other services above, so if this option becomes necessary, all fees for the other services are waived.  You will need to provide restore discs, or a genuine copy of Windows or MacOS to reinstall on the computer.  Before we wipe it, we will save all of your personal settings and data, and when we're finished, we'll put them back.  Since we already have your data backed up, we will go ahead and keep it for the one month, as mentioned in the "data back-up" service above.

On-site solutions are available for all listed services.  Just add $20.
